SNOW!
Tomorrow Kerri and I are headed south to Yosemite for a photo shoot with our good friend Robin. It promises to be a fun (and probably cold) day. I’ve never been to Yosemite before, and Kerri was there MANY years ago. Our kids have never been either so it promises to be a great family day.
We’ll take a few gazillion pictures and post the best when we get back. Who knows, perhaps a slideshow?
Stay Tuned!!

Be prepared to be dazzled! Yosemite is one of my favorite places on the planet. It is SO beautiful. My family used to camp there for a week every July, and then one year we went up there to ski…. driving down into the valley, the view was so beautiful I cried. Off to the side of the road was a pond scene, with mist rising up over the pond (this was about 6 am mind you)…just beautiful. Looking forward to seeing the pictures! Gerrie
Oh that is awesome Gerrie!!!! I am sooooo excited!!!! Lindsay got a new (used) Nikon D1 and is raring to go with it….it is her first pro digital……yeeha!!
Everybody we love you and will be by to sub to you from this site when we get back…. I wish there was a heart icon on the keyboard i would leave a hundred for you all!!!
Love Kerri
Tom took me to Yosemite for the 1st (ok, and the 2nd and the 3rd…) time while we were dating! Who knew a midwestern man would be showing a California girl around California?! Yosemite has SUCH a special place in my heart! God’s canvas is so beautiful…the breathtaking views put my thoughts and concerns into perspective amidst the grandeur of his creation. I love to camp there and to sightsee…but the hiking and the views one can only see at the top of top of Upper Yosemite Falls and Half Dome…ah!!! There are no words for it! We hike there quite often! -Jenn Lange
Hey, check this out…I checked my spelling of grandeur on Dictionary.com and the definition: (Drum role please)
The quality or condition of being grand; magnificence: “The world is charged with the grandeur of God” (Gerard Manley Hopkins).
Nobility or greatness of character.
True that…
Hope your trip was a blessing – refreshment for your souls…
Love -J

Hi, this comment is for Kerri: I saw your site on Paige’s Friend page and I thought I would stop by and say hello. I am 36 years old and I have never met anyone who spells their name exactly like mine. Sure, I have met Kari, Carrie, Kerry and even Keri, but I am excited to finally meet another…*Kerri* May God Bless you and your hubby!
