Edit:
We have a family photoshoot tomorrow and still working on the electrical in the studio so it will be still a few more days…darn…I wish I knew photoshop so I could help Mark with getting these things done quicker! But I guess it will just have to wait…tonight we did some practicing with our new QFlash which we bought with the storyboard job. It will be awesome to use for those shots that just need that extra oomph of light to get a good shot. Dont you hate it when you dont have enough light and the picture comes out blurry!? This flash covers a much longer distance than our 580′s or any on camera flash…
Here is a collage of some stuff I did in the backyard tonight…
Have a great week!
Love Kerri
Oh yeah and here is an interesting one I took of some fireworks! This is not photoshopped just cropped! Cheryl…That is the first thing that came to my mind so I thought I’d post it. I figure because of the low light streaking you get without having adequate light and no flash and the perfect way the fireworks happened to burst it made this awesome angel!
Okay… so the SF wedding was amazing!! We are so itching to edit them and get them up but we are in the middle of the the electical work on the studio so…we have to wait. But let me just say the Jewish wedding was a photographers dream…lots of color, excitment and dancing and singing and symbolisms that are so beautiful to watch…
We wish them well and that they have a long happy life together!!! Again thank you Robin Michelini for the opportunity to work with you again!
See ya soon!

:wave:Oh Wow! I didn’t realize it was a Jewish wedding!:fun: I only hope to go to one someday because they always look like a lot of fun too! Once, some church friends of ours, who are Christians, were married in a similar ceremony rewritten with a Christian view and it was such a happy wedding, beautiful and so fun of meaning. The rememberances of the wedding feast between Jesus, as the bridegroom and His church, the bride, are always touching. I can’t wait to see the photos and happy for you that you were able to take part in the event and work with such a talented photographer. :goodjob:Did I mention my brother is a professional photographer? Personally, I like your photos better than his!:giggle: Don’t tell him I said so!!! Can’t wait to the film, hope you have/had a happy 4th!!!!:sunny:

Kerri if you and Mark are not doing anything this Saturday night, the View Point Gallery is having a reception at 5:30pm. They are featuring some college students from all the colleges. My teacher asked me to put a piece in so I will be there.

Hi Kerri, dropping by to say Hello!

Oh I really cant wait to see them
Kerri, my friend, so sorry I havent been over here in a while!! I love the slideshows and wow I love the storybooks, what a neat idea. And best of all congradulations to you and mark!! I am so excited for you guys !! it is so fun, you will love it and think of all the baby pictures!! lol (((hugs)))
Came by to see if you had the new photos up yet and read that you are soon to be grandparents! Congratulations!!!!!!:goodjob:You will LOVE that!!! I promise you that the minute you become a grandparent, you suddenly get smarter than you were the day before. I think it must be a gift from God, a reward of sorts for seeing your children’s children.
I’d read that some where, years ago, and had forgotten it. More than half suffered immensely, but as my husband reminded me, not any more than people fighting for their freedom in other countries. The price of freedom is always paid for in blood, as my Dad always said.
Thanks for your comment, it was thoughtful of you to trouble yourself and I do appreciate your kindness.
ahh I love the collage!! and the firework is interesting!! lol
((KERRI)), IS IT JUST ME THAT THINKS THAT FIREWORK LOOKS LIKE AN ANGEL? THAT’S THE FIRST THOUGHT THAT CAME TO MY MIND!
GREAT PICTURES!
LOVE, CHERYL
Hope your shoot went well yesterday! I really like the collage of pics you did.
That is amazing that your firework shot looks like an angel
Grandchildren are such a blessing :goodjob:.
That pic of the angel could win an award for sure. You guys are really a blessing, what cute couples in the weddings you do!
Aww, man! When my little white hand cursor said your site was coming up next in my subscription browser I as all ready to see the latest wedding slide show.
I guess I’ll still have to wait, huh?
Blessings!
Paula
Kerri that’s awesome……..you should make a print of it or it would be a good card.
Thanks Kerri I enjoyed myself too. Thanks for the nice comments about this last shoot. I was amazed they were only 3 because they were really good for me. I thought they were a lot older just by what I was getting. I left some camera stuff there and have to go back. They live off of Roseville Parkway right by you, so maybe it will be a time when you guys are free and I can visit. I still have to give Mark his PC cord. My boys come home tomorrow and I am so excited! It’s too quiet around here without them.
And what makes you think that that wasn’t a REAL ANGEL? :heartbeat:
