Oh we are soooo close to getting the slideshow up but each time he is almost ready to finish it the program crashes!
He is working on his third attempt now…weird as we have never had this kind of problem before!
Sorry to say it will be a wee bit longer we were hoping to post it earlier this afternoon….
Okay, Scott Robert suggested something and I think I am gonna do it…I have been working out as you know for the past 3 weeks. He suggested I post a before and after picture of myself…
Well at first I was like “NO WAY” but then I realized how vain I can be about how I look …so I thought this will be humbling for me…I should do it, and if it helps anyone else get healthy and feel better then GREAT!
So I will post my before picture next week after the slideshow.
I will probably include what I am doing nutritionally too..I have either done one or the other but this is a first for me to combine the diet with the exercise. I expect great strides. I cannot wait to get to the point when I can move around with greater agility when I am shooting a wedding or anything for that matter! hehe.

don’t get discouraged, kerri! i’m slowly learning that good health has to be a priority or it just gets shut right out of our lives. i am still having a hard time planning exercise into my life because everything else just seems so urgent. eating meals on the run and snacking in between has also become commonplace in our society. i am trying to plan ahead and even plan for healthy snacks. my husband has been super motivated and committed and has done fantastic this past year. i struggle with all the hormone stuff as a woman and just seem to have a harder time fighting the temptation to make bad nutritional choices. do post what you are doing. i’d love to hear. i do know that nutrition and exercise need to walk hand-in-hand. hang in there! the slide show is superb!
