EDIT: Here is our latest wedding slideshow… This was the wedding we shot last weekend when it was 117!! We had a blast (or was it a blast furnace?)

It was a challenging day because of the weather and the fact that I (Mark) dropped our favorite lens…the 15mm fisheye…and broke the lens mount.

Sigh….I’ll be sending that in to Canon to see if it can be fixed…

But the family was such a pleasure to work with – Her Dad put a lot of time into their yard for this wedding, and it was a very sweet setting.

But we enjoyed ourselves and had a great time…it was good to come home and know that we worked hard and met some great people….

I’m sorry about your lens, I hope it can be repaired. I know photography is an expensive business, especially when things break. :(

Everyone at this wedding looks like they were having a wonderful time and they all seem so happy. It makes me happy just to look at the photos. You all are so good at capturing those expressive moments that tell so much about what’s going on at the time.

  • Ryc: I’ve just posted instructions on how to select different areas with the Diana Action. Hope it is helpful.

  • Hi Kerri –
I am actually now living in Louisiana as of about 4 days ago. So far so good! I have my own mare now her name is Mrs Malagrasworth ( we call her M & M) and she is going to have a baby in spring… She is so pretty! I have been spending lots of time with her, walking her with the lead rope. I still need to get her brushed and then I am going to try to get some good pictures of her to post.

I will be back in Cali on 9/22 for a few days.. then I am going to NYC w/ the Settlage’s for a week. I will try to connect with you guys then. Until then…. watch for more posts.
