Here are some of our pictures from our mini mountain retreat! Finally had some time tonight to try and post again! lol!
This is the Tahoe Queen Bay Cruise with dinner and dancing….o-lala!!! We literally were the last ones to board as we got there in the nick of time!
Say goodbye to land for a few hours! But thats okay with me I know this is going to be a sunset cruise and I cant wait to take pictures!!!
We are downstairs eating dinner waiting for the sun to go down so we can get some sunset pictures…
We are passing one of the other cruise boats that launches from Zephyr Cove…we have been on that one too.
The third picture here is of a historic home called the Vikingholm House in the cleft of Emerald Bay it was so dark that they had to shine a spot light on it but it made for a neat pic!
This first picture is a time lapsed shot of some car headlights on the road above the Vikingholm House…we drove this road the next day and took the last three shots below…
Next day…our last trip before we drove home. These are of the bay we cruised the night before below these shots are the Vikingholm House…you cant see the house because it is directly below this road.
This was not taken with a fish eye lens this really is a road that makes this crazy corner!
Hope you enjoyed these…the quality is quite poor I guess due to Picasa….they look great otherwise!!!
Love Kerri

oh it looks like such a quiet and peaceful place…….living in LA, none of those shots look like something i see everyday…….maybe except that last picture of the crazy turn.
:sunny: Kerri:
Loved the shot of the boat tipping over! We haven’t been on the dinner cruise before, I think we’ll take that next time we head up over the hill to Tahoe. Great shots by the way. Nightime is always hard to capture. That wicked turn looks like fun. Hmm…I womder how fast I could take that without flipping my Limo?
Randy

WOW…just read the story. Praise the Lord! it’s great to see you guys live life to the fullest now. the pics look great!
 That is such a beautiful place. Great shots. I am doing great? Things are progressing and I am getting my house ready to sell, so I can get home to Vegas. How are you? I pop in on xanga 2 or three times a week now. I miss the old days too. Once I get to Vegas and settle down, I will have more time to write and post. What happened to Robert, his name disappeared from my list? I was glad to see that things went well with your husband’s surgery. You will probably be getting very busy with the holidays right around the corner, huh?

They look beautiful to me!
I love these. That shot of the flag with the sun behind is really cool. You could make a book with these shots.
How was Daniel? I love that book.
It so pretty up there. That american flag shot came out nice. Good stuff.
