Went to church today and our daughter Kelly said that something just didnt seem right about the photo and then it hit her. She said, “Mom you have blue eyes and that picture has brown eyes!” Hahaha….so of course Mark had to step back into the darkroom again!!!
What do you think? Does she look better as an Irish maiden or a Middle Eastern maiden?
LOL!!!
Plus he cleaned up that stay hair and plucked my eyebrows a bit for me….giggle.

I like both photos for different reasons. The first one adds a sense of mystique and the second one has a deeper classical look. Kinda hard to go wrong when you have a beautiful model and a great photographer.
Hey Kerri! Just came in from out of town and have to head out again tomorrow for the day….so I’m sorry I’m not around as much. I do crochet baby blankets. I know of one picture I have and can look for a few others. I’ll TRY to get those to you tomorrow….I’m making myself a note so I don’t forget. While both photos are very nice, the “brown” eyes picture really shines for me because the eyes seem to pop and sparkle a bit more. There’s a sense of transparency in those eyes.

ryc – i’ve never been to a baby shower before and thought they would be kinda feminine, i was half right. turn out i had a good time b/c of the fun games they were playing. the game with the baby food jars are filled w/ grind up vegetables, so your job was to guess what was in each jar.
other games that i thought were creative includes:
- you send in your baby picture before hand, and on the day, you’re supposed to guess other people baby picture.
- guess how big the hostess waist is with toilet paper. assuming she is the one who is pregnant and whom the shower is for.
- smear some food on about 5 or 6 diapers and have people guess what it is. i suggested that they should kept atleast one of the diaper as the real thing. you can either identify all of them or just find the real one. they didn’t go for it, don’t know why.
RYC, we were actually only at Universal Studios on my day off, so it wasn’t an extended vacation. Nevertheless, like you said, we often do need a vacation to recover from a vacation. By the time we got home that night, I was beat! I hope all is well up there with your family. Please say hi to Mark and Lindsay for me!
