GOOD MORNIN!!!!
I am getting ready to spend the day preparing for Kelly’s Baby Shower which is this Sat! Oh how I wish that all my Xanga friends (Frangas) could come…my sister and I are decorating it and we are going to really do it up…I will have pictures! Since I want to be part of the fun of the day Mark is going to come take pictures!!! Randy is going to help him…they are going to set up a photo booth downstairs so that people can have their pictures taken and then with Randy’s Handy Dandy Photo Machine that prints out pictures they will be able to take them home with them pretty cool!…plus they will take pictures of the party too…yay!!
I will post pictures on Sunday….in the meantime I think Mark is finally getting to start editing the latest job for a slideshow. We have had alot of finishing up of past jobs that finally got sent out today…so that is a nice feeling to put those files away.
Well I really need to get away from this thing and get to work!

PS. How many of you have your tree up? And do you use the same decorations from year to year or do you change colors or themes from year to year?

WOW!! HOW EXCITING!!! I CAN’T BELIEVE IT’S JUST AROUND THE CORNER, THE BIRTH!!! I WILL BE EXPECTING TO SEE A TON OF BABY PICTURES, GIRL!! I CAN’T WAIT!!!
REGARDING THE CHRISTMAS TREE, IT’S BEEN UP SINCE RIGHT AFTER HALLOWEEN!! WITH HAVING MS. MERCEDES AND ZACH, I JUST USUALLY “HALF” THROW IT UP, LOL. SHE PULLS OFF THE CHRISTMAS TREE, THE GARLAND, AND SUCH, SO I’M JUST TICKLED TO HAVE IT STANDING, ROFL!

I just got home from buying our fresh Christmas tree, Spence is going to cut off the bottom, then we’ll stick it in a huge 8 gallon bucket. Because we have a wood ceiling we then secure it by hanging the tree from the ceiling! We use the same decorations every year…I’ve been collecting Nativity ornaments, and have over 50.
It was 85 when we left and 25 when we got home. I miss Florida already. I love this time of year

I’m sure that is the technical term for it.
Of course our tree is up. If it were up to my wife, it would be up all year!!
I do miss having a house where we could put up a LARGE REAL tree, but they are just great memories for us all to look back on.
I cant wait for the party on Saturday. I still cant believe I’m gonna be a grampa…
I put my tree up last Saturday. It was the first year that I put it up without the kids! It was a bit strange, but I could decorate however I wanted!! We had a lot of different ornaments that got passed on to the kids as they left home..(We still have our 18 yr old son at home, but I didn’t think he was real interested!)…last year I did a “pink” Christmas tree…..this year I did an oldfashioned tree, using lots of my Grandma’s decorations.
i like that… frangas! trees are up with lights, but no decorations yet. we do the same traditional “themes”. the tree downstairs is large with pinecones and cool thingies on it, with white lights and antique style decorations. the tree upstairs has the big rudolph the rednose reigndeer colored bulbs with disney ornaments (i was in a club when the kids were young) and their handmade ornaments from school and yearly picture ornaments. no flashing bulbs!

Hey Kerri and Mark……….How are you all doin?? I have finally got caught up on everything! Looks like you all been through a lot of different emotion here lately!! Sorry about the lens. Thank goodness it can be replaced!! How are the kids? Everyone getting excited over the holidays? My kids are very excited, but dont understand why we have NO presents under the tree yet. Too dang busy to wrap anything lately!! So, I am taking the day off to get caught up with my Xanga friends, do wrapping, send out Christmas Cards, and have time for ME ME ME!!!! I hope you all have an awesome weekend this weekend with the shower and everything! I know it will be a BLAST!!! Know I am thinking of ya and praying for everything to go well for you…………….Loves and huggz to you………Kimi

I love Christmas and the true meaning of it prevails at my house with a tree that goes up at Thanksgiving time with a purple and white theme of the nativity and angels with pearls and bows and of course ribbons draping it. (wish I have real one but I’m in an apartment and expense) but I do enjoy the presence of our Lord, praying for and helping the hurting, good food, family time with games and laughter, the old movies and wrapping gifts on Christmas eve, remembering my mom and dad who are in heaven now and church with God’s children.
