I love it when we get a chance to go out and just find some great coffee shops and just hang out together as a family and shoot whatever we feel like…so here are some of my shots of the day…
This is a metal sculpture that greets you at The Wild Chicken in Loomis, Ca. I thought he was soo cool!
Just inside this cool coffee shop was a bulleting board full of local business cards so we threw ours up there….wonder if we could really get a call off it!
Here is our son Brian …next time you see him he will have a new haircut…he already has it but I just dont have a picture yet…
Enjoying a coffee together…..
Speaking of chickens….here come some interesting ones!
This one was a bit loud as he made it known that he was a bit unhappy with our presence.
This one was my favorite…he was so cool looking…
I love catching water drops !!!
Okay back to American Idol….is anybody else with me on this….is there any talent this year!!??

RYC: LOL… yeah my patience is high though.
Uh.. the knot wood is actually the top of our fence. It’s pretty cool looking because it’ll have snow like that all the way across. I didn’t think to take a shot like that though. Too bad the snow on the fence is melted now. Oh well. It’s supposed to snow more.
:goodjob: Love the chicken shots, they look so cute…..now then…who’s got the frying pan for some old country fried chicken?!
Love the selective color and isolation on some a few of these. Looks like your loving that new camera
Daniel
Have a great day …

Loomis CA…wow that takes me back in time a bit! When I first moved to Sacramento I attended a little church in Loomis. Spent a lot of time out there. Great water drop picture and the rest are great…I love the randomness of them.
What a nice day. I can’t wait for the day my kids will linger with me at a coffee shop.
THOSE CHICKENS JUST WANT YOU TO GET OUT OF THEIR WAY SO THEY CAN GO GET SOME COFFEE TOO. YOU KNOW A CHICKEN JUST AINT RIGHT IF THEY DONT GET THEIR MORNING FIX………JUST LIKE US!!! ANYWHO……LOVES TO YA………AND YES…WE ARE IN MISSOURI!!!
Oh GOSH I wish we lived closer!
*meaning :we like so many of the same things, it be fun going on outings and photo field trips
I love the chickens. Looks like the last one uses mousse. hahahaha! Yep, I’ve been watching Idol and the talent is scarce…lol! But the funny thing is that they think they can sing and their feelings are hurt when they don’t make it. I feel sorry for some of them and they are begging for a second chance. It’s very emotional this season. Simon is about to get in trouble, he can be so mean. He told one guy that he looked like a monkey and a few days later they had him on CNN and said he had been picked up by an agent. this is going to be a weird season…lol!
Cute coffee shop! You guys have fun. Not long now till the baby is here!
I love all of your work, Kerri. (Were those really chickens, or something else?)
RE: AI ~ Yes, there are some really good ones. But they give us more of the yucky ones until they get to the first session in Hollywood. Then we get to start hearing more of the good ones. I like AI best when it gets to the top 24! That’s when it really starts to get good!
