I was just cleaning out my computer of all the excess emails and photos that I have on my laptop that eats up space. Still having issues with my computer and hoping i wil delete something and that will be it all my porblems will have been deleted away!
As I was doing that I ran across a couple of random shots that I took from the car…don;t even remember when I took these…I love shooting from the hip and from the car…you never know what youre gonna get…lol I sound like Forrest’s mother!
I love moody skies!!! If I know a storm is coming I will open up all the windows and doors so I can smell the rain and hear and see the thunder…I know it scares some people but for me it is exhilarating!!! That is probably why I love Daniel Lanton’s work…darkershadesofbrown….his work is so beautiful because it speaks to my melancholy side…

We got a sweet
email today from one of our July brides….Lorrie….
She keeps up with us on our blog! We love that!
….anyway she sent a sweet note via email asking how Lindsay and Jayden were doing and how sad it was to hear that Lindsay missed her graduation ceremony because of the Chicken Pox. How sweet is that!? Thanks Lorrie! They are doing great!!

That and storms…because we never get enough rain in So Cal
I agree. It’s especially fun in the city. That way you not only get shots that are random and un-composed, but your subjects are unaware that you’re taking a photo, therefore they continue to act normal. :goodjob:
Nice! I need to remember to take my camera with me more often to get those nice unplanned shots.

I love the smell of rain, too. Here in Oklahoma there are awesome clouds, especially when storms are rolling in. The thunder heads here get huge!

Kerri, you are so sweet (you too Mark)! I had an appointment today and everything is pretty much the same. She said it shouldn’t be this weekend which is good so I’m hoping for MONDAY!
I’m planning on doing a wedding with Steve on Friday so we’ll see how that goes.
