Engagement Session:
We had a lovely day last week with Paco and Jenae! We did an engagement session with them at their wedding venue which is the beautiful Winchester Country Club in Auburn. This is a picture off the website and it is the back side of it. We gotta get a better shot than this…I left my hat there and thought it was a goner but they called to tell me they found it so looks like we have an excuse to go back and look for a good angle to get a good wide angle shot of the front of the place. But you get the idea anyway…
We will be posting that slideshow sometime late this evening or tomorrow. Mark was just about done with it when he decided to take a break for a few hours to shoot a wedding with Randy. He is only doing the ceremony and hitting the road before the reception. Its always fun to shoot with him. Can’t wait to see what he brings back

On Friday morning we met up with Brian and Kara at their wedding venue which is the Flower Farm in Loomis. It sure looks different from when we first saw it last year. They are doing some major work out there! It will be going through still more transformation as they are buildling buildings and planting and all sorts of things. I would say they are probably a least a month away from getting all the major stuff done then all the details will take time. Just in time for their wedding in July. They will be our last July wedding then I take a break to do album design in August of all our summer weddings. Then we have our September weddings and then the album design for them. Then this fall we will be focusing on family style portraits, and commercial work and hopefully a nice winter break.
In July we will be able to post our exciting commercial job we did recently …cant wait to share that!
Oh and on a side note to any brides considering us for a winter wedding we are open to a winter wedding booking but probably not unless it was a destination wedding. If we are going to do winter then lets do a winter white wedding! Tahoe or someplace like that would pull us out of our warm cozy studio…hehehe….

Since this was the day that we were graced with Mark helping Randy shoot our wedding I had to also extend our thanks to you for your time, energy and wonderful work as well. My family was more than impressed with the shots you were sharing with them! Hope all is well…..and our thanks again to you!
