  • Moonlight

I decided to grab my camera as I passed by the sliding door and saw the moon was full and hanging right between some of my trees. Here are a couple of artsy fartsy ones I got… but I love how glowy it looks….I lightened it just a bit to let some of the image show through otherwise it was quite dark.

  • Very cool! Dennis and I went to an outdoor concert tonight, and although the moon was blocked by a tree during the concert, we did get a beautiful view of it on our drive to take me home. I love it when you see “the man in the moon” on it! Have fun in S.F.! Love, Gerrie

  • cool.  looks like a video game background!

  • I did the same thing with my camera :)

  • Have fun in SanFran.

  • Beautiful photos!!!!

  • Just saw the many faces of Jayden – too cute! I can’t wait until Zachary really smiles. He’s starting to “talk” a little now and I just love it.

    Have fun in SF!

  • I wish we could even see the moon here.  It’s nothing but clouds and more clouds.  = (

I loved those pictures of Jayden!  He’s going to be a little ham.

    Blessings,
    Paula

  • Hey Kerri,
Thanks for looking for me! I saw a tiny bit between clouds… but we decided we couldn’t really get the shot of the stars we needed without doing it through a telescope and we don’t have a camera mount for it yet. Researching what it takes to do “astrophotography” is a bigger deal than one would think! You have to leave the shutter open so long and by that time the stars have moved! So you have to have a telescope mount that moves in perfect unison with the stars and it has to be aligned with the north star Polaris… etc… Anyway, suffice it to say.. you can’t just point and shoot! lol
Oh well… one of these days…
    Love, Bee

  • cool shots. it was the blue moon of the month aka the second full moon in a months time.
