Happy Anniversary to us…..
Tomorrow is our 28th Anniversary!!
But we celebrated it today since tomorow we are celebrating Dave’s birthday. Then on Sunday we will be busy with a wedding! So today was the day. Mark took me to La Provence a french restaurant here in town.
We not only spent Lindsay’s birthday there last week but we are also shooting our Sunday wedding there as well Here is a point and shoot shot of our dinner.
Mine was a really nice cup of seafood stew soup and then an open faced tartine of shrimp, avocado, and sprouts. It was all so yummy! Mark had striped bass on a bed of corn chowder risoto…which was also fabou!
Then we had a flourless decadent chocolate cake brought to our table with 2 forks.
Then we asked our nice waiter to take a picture of us…
After our wonderful lunch Mark took me to see GET SMART. I totally enjoyed it and my day. I was freezing in the theatre but once I got outside I remembered how hot it was today…
It was hot (102) but I am hoping that the weather reports are going to be right on Sunday. It is predicted to be alot cooler. I hope so!
When we got home Mark took some more pictures of me….which he is editing…man I wish we could really photoshop ourselves! lol
I’ll let him post them up later.

EDIT: Here are just a few of the pics we took tonight. I am so blessed to have a Kerri as my wife who has been on this wonderful journey for the past 28 years….I couldn’t imagine anyone better!!

:heartbeat:Well Happy #28 to the two of you! :fun:Today is our 22nd Anniversary and its hard to beleive its been 22 years!! How these women have put up with us men Mark, I’ll never know! Ha! Hey Kerry, how was that chocolate cake? I haven’t seen you touch anything like that in a long, long time since you’ve been loosing so much weight. I bet it tasted good, I never share mine when we eat there, remember they are down the street from us.

@Borelfoto - Happy Anniversary to you guys!!! Yes, I did splurge and had about 3 bites. But it was such a small piece of cake that 3 bites was probably half of it. The real problem was the bread. That is hard to say no to!

okay, so first of all…major congrats! that’s a lot of years to be fighting over TP…
next…that first shot of Kerri…I totally thought, oh she took one of the kids along…and then I was like…hmmm, doesn’t took familiar tho…then i saw the next shot…hahahahahaha, omg, it’s KERRI!!! you look so young!!! then, the next shot (by the waiter), Mark looks young too!!! what is going on? I think I found out where the fountain of youth is LoL…geeeez

@dimsom - Yeah I brought along the 5D and then realized right away that the battery was low. Got one shot and phfft! So our came the point and shoot. Didnt do too badly! The last shots of me were taken at home with the 5D…Yes we have the Fountain of Youth here in Roseville! Thanks for all the compliments!! My daughter Kelly does my hair. She is sooo good! She is available if any ladies want to have her come do your hair! Guys too!

@TheLittleGirlInMe - I actually heard of the 3 bite thing from the “The French Women Dont Get Fat” way of eating. When I mention it at WW my Monday morning group leader had never heard of it but thought it was a great idea.
I am glad to hear you supporting your friend and getting on board, too! I gotta weigh in tomorrow and I dont know that I lost anything. I kind of went on a cookie binge lately and I am just now getting control. I can only hope that I just stayed still….

So far it is saying it will be 95 today. I wish it could be cooler but I will take it over the heat we had yesterday!! The first pic in the new post says it all!.
