Well poor Jayden didnt much like the rat costume but we got a couple of shots before we peeled him out of it….

My sentiments exactly — lol ! I used to hate H’ween costumes — always too hot and confining — and not real! Jayden’s really growing up — what fun to throw the balls onto the other balls!
@slmret - I know! He looks like he is seeing the balls fly up by themselves…:lol: Its funny we couldnt afford store bought so we had to usually wear sheets and normal clothes that belonged to someone bigger and be a hobo!

HOW ADORABLE HE IS, AWWH….! Don’t feel bad, girl, we tried the costume thing for like the first 2-3 years of Mercedes’ life. It wasn’t a big success, either. Since I have to beg and plead with her to have anything in her hair (like barettes) or on her head, as such with a costume hat, I decided to forego the costume thingy UNTIL she is favorable to it, lol. I figure about next year, perhaps when she realizes the jest of Halloween, she may be agreeable. Until then, it’s NOT worth the screaming and crying to us, rofl,
Besides, she seems to love the Halloween shirt and pants she has worn for the last two years, and we decided to try a Trunk or Treat this year, our first time. They had blow-up big thingies to jump on and a costume would have definitely made that very difficult. But anyways…. lol

I can’t believe how big he is!! And still a real cutie.
My mom hated Halloween because she always felt inadequate when it came to dressing us up. But I loved it…I mean what could be better than a sheet over my head with two holes in it for eyes? We were hobos too, and a football player. There’s no imagination anymore…just go buy something. George tells me that Halloween in the biggest retail “holiday” of the year. I find that amazing.
There’s snow in the hills just above us from last night and we’re expecting lake level snow fall tomorrow. I hope you don’t have any trouble getting up here. Tuesday is supposed to be nicer, but cold. George has been flat on his back since Saturday…he overdid it before we left to come up here, and then sitting in the car for 5 hours didn’t help. He’s just moving slow, so we can guarantee a very relaxed time…
@mommyfish - Oh I am sooo glad you are on line! We forgot that we have to vote tuesday morning so we are going to come up right after we vote. SO you and George can have a night alone. We are calling the resort to let them know you will be there first. I hope you get this!!

Funny but so cute. Yeah…we ended up getting something for Noah that was pretty much the same as normal clothes (surgeon scrubs).
