Capitol Rose Garden Wedding & Firehouse Resturant Reception
Ben and Amanda are text book gorgeous and fun and laid back and super nice. I feel like I say this about all of our bride and grooms. Probably because I always do! We keep saying how amazingly fortunate and blessed we are to attract these great couples. We just connect.
Ben and Amanda put together a beautiful wedding and we just tagged along for the ride! Haha… It just went so smoothly and we so enjoyed ourselves. The wedding was touching with the most beautiful light shining down on them. When we arrived at the reception the air was filled with the sounds of a live jazz band from SF called Hale Baskin. It was a beautiful night at The Firehouse Restaurant. The courtyard with all the lights strung around the trees and the gorgeous fountain that graced the background for the beautiful cake was just stunning….okay enough of my words we’ll let the images speak now!
Enjoy!
We made our deadlines so tis a very thankful Thanksgiving! We have 2 albums coming up on our next posts as well as a family shoot. So, come back when you are munching on your left overs!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING
You are so right the lighting and every thing was so gorgeous. The little boy is so handsome he was so cute.
Everything was just right beautiful
You are so very blessed
You both are so good at what you do! Another beautiful slide show! The bride and groom are such an attractive couple and chose a gorgeous setting for wedding and reception. A. looked so perfect in her dress..it was elegant and I loved how it draped in some of the photos…the little ring bearer is precious and looks so much like my son…I guess I am prejudiced! My favorite shots are the one in the ceremony when He kisses her hair and the ones in the dark on the pier and next to the bridge and wall…… thanks for sharing!!!!
Gorgeous as usual!
Hi Kerri,
Beautiful images, and what a cute little boy. I love the lighting in your shots and you’ve captured the atmosphere and feeling of the day perfectly.

@Shutterbugd - LOL!!! We love hearing when our slideshows do that to people. We are going to put up our Thanksgiving slideshow tomorrow night…so stay tuned for that. It wont make you cry but it was FUN!
@christineguthrie - Thank you Christine. We appreciate always appreciate hearing your comments!!! Yes, that little guy was so cute!!!
@SingingMom - Thank you ma’am!
@kafekotka - I am always so tickled to hear everyone’s favorites. We each have our favorites it is always so subjective.
@MJ10554 - Yes, we are blessed! Thanks for your consistent sweet comments. :fun:
Wonderful, as always. I’m so glad my computer is playing the music again for your shows. For awhile there, it wasn’t and they just aren’t the same.
The one where they are in the window several stories up and you get them from a distance… that one took my breath away. That was really neat.
I agree that the ring bearer was a doll.
Oh, and one last comment… a shot that I don’t see too often in your shows that I really liked, was where the father was walking to his seat after ‘giving away the bride’. Maybe you do have that often, but something about this one just really captured the many, many emotions of the moment. :heartbeat:
