    Presenting Dylan Lucas Nordberg

When we got the call to photograph Dylan Kerri ran out and picked out a bunch of props to put Lucas into, on top of, and wrapped into. She had just as much fun finding all that stuff I think as she did shooting! Dylan pretty much slept through the entire afternoon while we grabbed these shots of him in and around their home. He was such a trooper…and so were Mom and Dad as we put Dylan in every position we could posibly think of…hahaha….

It is so fun to start doing photoshoots of our past bride and grooms for baby and belly shots. Earlier this month Kerri and I got to catch up with Jeff & Carrie to do their maternity shoot.
We shot their wedding at The Flower Farm last year (has it been a year already?)

We hung out with them in their brand new sweet house they just bought. Can I just say JEALOUS!!! then we walked around their gated neighborhood and just had fun….

So fun hanging out with you guys once again!

    Enjoy!

  • Thong & Angeli @ Avio Vineyards, Sutter Creek

Thong and Angeli were married early this month at the always beautiful Avio Vineyards in Sutter Creek. The weather was wonderful – not too hot, and not too cold, but just right, and they were surrounded by friends and family,   It was the perfect setting!

There were so many great moments throughout the day, it’s hard to pick out just one, but all I can say is just wait until we get to post up pictures from their first dance!!

  • Matt & Emily Dallosta’s Empire Mine Wedding

Matt and Emily came to us back in January ’08 looking for a wedding photographer and of course the minute we met them we hit it off right away. We made arrangements to meet up with them for their engagement session in Auburn back in April. It was so much fun (except for the scary voice in the tunnel…remember that you guys??!)… afterwards, we were all starving so since we were all about to head out to eat we decided why don’t we all just hang out for dinner together as well. We headed to a local Mexican Restaurant and just truly enjoyed their company. We parted excited for the day of their wedding. About a week before the wedding we decided to head up scout the hotel where the reception was going to be held fell in love with the town. When we saw the old hotel we booked our rooms and left totally excited that we would be staying in the very room Mark Twain stayed in and that we wouldn’t have to drive home but head to the hotel and relax after a hard day’s work. What a day and what a wedding and what a blast! We hope you enjoy the slideshow as much as we did shooting and editing it! Matt and Emily you guys are the poster couple for making being “in love” everything it’s meant to be….

Have a very happy, healthy, blessed life together! We heart you!!

Kerri, Lindsay and Kelly met up with Thong & Angeli at Old Sac. on Saturday and had so much fun scouring the area for cool spots for their engagement session while getting to know each them. They met up at Fats, had a quick bite and off they went. They must have found every cool spot down there cause I have a ton of pictures to edit!

  • Mike & Skye in San Francisco!

    Just a peek!

    Skye & Mike

    She said YES!

Last weekend we met up with Skye & Mike in San Francisco for their engagement session. They were alot of fun and it was just too easy to keep shooting. While we were shooting them at Ghiardelli Square and the beach, people were running up and taking pictures of them because they thought they were famous. I kid you not! They do look like they could be a Hollywood couple don’t you think? But they are the most down to earth and sweet couple you will ever want to know!

Okay back to all the hundreds of photos we took of you two!
Cant wait to get your slideshow up!

  • The Harrison Family @ The Flower Farm, Loomis, California

They haven’t had a group family picture in a long time so it was a lot of fun to get together with them.

Many thanks to The Flower Farm for lettings us come there with the Harrison’s – it’s AWAYS a great place for photo’s.

    Enjoy!

  • Empire Mine Wedding with Matt and Emily

Emily & Matt were married at the absolutely stunning Empire Mine State Park on Friday.

When we first met Matt and Emily we were quickly put at ease. They are so laid back and fun, quick to laugh at everything and each other. What a fun day it was and I don’t think I’ve ever saw Emily without a smile on her face! There were such special moments during the day including when her mother sang a song to her in the middle of the ceremony and gave her a special ring. It was very touching. I also cannot forget the moment when the pastor almost couldnt get the words out when he said, “man and wife” his voice broke on “wife” and man I got the biggest lump in my throat and had to blink away the tears so I could continue to shoot!

The weather was fantastic and the park was gorgeous especially as the sun went down behind the tall trees…

Here is a sneak peek from our time with them after the wedding. Can’t wait to get the slideshow up and online for everyone to see  you will also get to see that this couple loved to dance!
